Welcome to MadeByBest. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of our Platform, owned and operated by Basim Muhammed. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of the Platform

MadeByBest (operated by Basim Muhammed) is an online multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting domestic Buyers with domestic Sellers of handmade products in India. MadeByBest operates strictly as a technological intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The commercial contract for any purchase is strictly between the Buyer and the Seller. MadeByBest does not manufacture, stock, package, or deliver listed items.

2. User Accounts and Verification

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. To register, you must reside in India and be at least 18 years of age. Sellers must complete the verification checks including Aadhaar, UPI details, and Address Proof prior to receiving payouts.

3. Marketplace Transaction Policy

Transactions are settled securely through our third-party payment aggregator, Cashfree Payments. Buyers agree to pay all listed prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes at checkout.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or Platform transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
