Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs order fulfillment, delivery charges, and transit terms for purchases on the Platform.

1. Domestic Delivery Only

MadeByBest (operated by Basim Muhammed) operates strictly within India. Both Buyers and Sellers must have valid Indian addresses. We do not support international shipments or cross-border logistics.

2. Shipping Charges and Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for packaging, dispatching, and shipping their products to the Buyer's registered address. The Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Timelines and Processing

Sellers must input and display estimated building (processing) and shipping (transit) timelines on each product page. Shipping transit delays caused by courier services, weather anomalies, or public logistics bottlenecks are outside the control of the Marketplace.
