Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which Buyers or Sellers may cancel orders placed on the Platform operated by Basim Muhammed.
1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
Buyers can cancel an Order before the Seller begins custom manufacturing or ships the product.
- Customized/Personalized Orders: Cancellations cannot be processed once the Seller has started the manufacturing process.
- To cancel, go to your Order History page and click the "Cancel" option, or contact
support@madebybest.com.
2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
A Seller may cancel an Order due to stock issues, logistical area restrictions, or courier delivery limitations. Upon cancellation, the Buyer will receive a full refund to their original payment source via Cashfree within 5-7 working days.
