• "Order" refers to a transaction initiated by a Buyer on the Platform for the purchase of one or more products.

We collect the following personal data categories for operational, transactional, and security verification purposes:

• Name: To register your profile, display shipping details, and personalize customer communications.
• Email Address: For login authentication, transaction confirmations, order updates, and customer support.
• Phone Number: To coordinate shipping logistics, perform identity checks, and send OTP alerts.
• Shipping Address: To facilitate product delivery by the respective Seller to the Buyer.
• IP Address: To perform fraud risk assessments, safeguard transaction pipelines, and verify regional access within India.
• Cookies & Analytics: To keep you logged in, preserve your shopping cart, and improve website usability.
• Order History: Retained for audit trails, payout distribution, tax reporting, and dispute resolution.

3. Payment Gateway Processing

All financial transactions on our Platform are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.

• MadeByBest never collects, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials.
• Cashfree Payments encrypts all payment detail transmissions in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

We protect personal data using industry-standard technical measures. All network traffic is encrypted over HTTPS using SSL/TLS protocols. Access to database logs is restricted strictly to authorized operations.
